About the 2021 Luncheon
Montgomery County Women's Council of Organizations members are the most caring and giving 501(c) 3 organizations in Montgomery County. Each year in May, our Organizations have a luncheon (Women of Distinction) to honor outstanding volunteers for the year. The outstanding honored volunteers for the year and the other attending volunteers may get their clothes messy while volunteering, but on this special luncheon day, they each look like a beautiful queen.
The Coronavirus stopped our normal way of life in 2020, and it has continued in 2021. Even though the Coronavirus has caused many challenges, the MCWCO's Organizations stepped up to the plate to help the many families, first responders, teachers, and many others that needed assistance. Even though the "Women of Distinction" Luncheon won't be at the Marriott, these very deserving and outstanding volunteers will be honored.

Honor a Volunteer:
Representatives will work with their organizations to select and nominate their Woman of Distinction. Criteria for selection are at each organization’s discretion. Due to the philanthropic nature of Montgomery County Women’s Council of Organizations, most candidates are typically selected based on their volunteerism and service to the community.
Once the honoree has been selected, we are requesting her name and headshot, the organization's logo and 2-3 fun facts about your honoree or the organization.
Member organizations must have paid their annual dues to MCWCO before submitting an honoree for their Woman of Distinction.
- MCWCO reserves the right to edit the information for the program and award presentation.
Deadline Date: March 12, 2021
We are requesting the information listed above to be emailed to us by 3/12/21 so we can prepare the honoree video. Click the button below to email your information to Jace Grainger.
